Hotel a Garden City

“The property was clean, and the staff was excellent, would stay there again, the only issue is when I booked it said parking was included and when I got there it was not. We were leaving our car for a few days while we went on vacation so we needed parking. I even called the hotel number to confirm the day before and they said yes. When I asked the front lobby attendant she let me know that unfortunately Expedia has been saying parking is included when it isn't and the phone number I called...

“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise. “Couldn't get hold of transport when flight came in late at night. Started doubting. On drive over website said last check in at 12 - flight in at 12:30 but did tell 2 different staff we were coming in late. Worried we weren't going to have the room we reserved. SARAH was amazing, no attitude, no blame, no "why didn't you". It was such a relief on how she treated us, it was emotional! She was awesome. We troubleshot the issue to get to the bottom of it. “This property needs perfect renovation like paint, carpet. restroom and others. Everything is good you can use it and stay but with renovation you can get more people to stay. Breakfast not good but okay just to have a cup of drink and fly away. We were 4 people not satisfied but for one night is okay”

“Everything was clean and updated. The shower is great! Staff was helpful and friendly. The bistro was a little understaffed in the morning. You need to call for the shuffle. It doesn't seem to do a continuous loop to the airport like many of the others. Highly recommend, especially for the price. ”

“All of the staff were encountered were so kind! The front desk clerk pushed a wheel chair bound guest to their room, another staff member volunteered to get ice for a guest, little things that make a difference! Hotel was also immaculate and housekeeping was very nice as well!!!! ”
